This year in the summer learning journey we are going to be learning about Sustainability, Land, Sea, Air, World. I am going to join the summer learning Journey. It will also help you stay to the same reading spot that you where in and help for your writing to it will help for all of your tings that you do in literacy.

A walk in the park!

For writing the last few weeks my writing group has been writing about a video our teacher Mrs Jack showed us. First we watched the video and put some notes down. Next I went onto video notes to do my plan. Then after we did our plan the next day we started our writing but some people didn't they were learning how to do complex sentences. Then the next day I was learning how to do complex sentences. Then when 1 day had passed I was learning how to do speech marks. I hope you like my writing.

Yelled by who now’s “CREEPY BLOODY”!?

On Friday 14th Mrs Jack and Mrs Harris went for a creepy walk in the creepy dark they keeped on walking through the creeps.

Although they started to get the CREEPS, they continued walking into the park.

Until Mrs Harris said, “ The swings are moving by themself”.

Then the standing thing keeped on coming up and down up and down and it keeps on repeating. A while later they were on there way home and they keeped on seeing these very and I mean very scary trees and like they are ghosts they will say,” ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh”.

After that they started to walk home but then they heard creepy and I mean creepy and they decided to run.

The moon finally came out and it rises higher and higher as they walked home. On the way, we walked pass the playground, and realized that the swing was swinging by itself again.

Then the moon got more and more higher and instead of the swings now it is the seesaws and it keeps on going up and down up and down and it keeps on repeating again and again.

Said aone, “After that when I watched the video I felt Creeped out so much I could not talk”. Then I was so creeped out that I jumped with a positive attitude and ready to make people's day And then I made. Peoples day just saying this is the next week this is more of my writing.

For cybersmart we have been creating animations about how to make a quality blog comment. We had to show an example of how to make a quality blog comment. Here is mine!

Science-Change.

In term 3 I pick chemical reactions in science we did a variatey of change and I made a slide show about it this is what I wanted to show you.

For science this week we mixed a bottle, baking soda, Vinger. so first Mr goodin put in 1/2 of vinger and then 2 tsp of baking soda and this is what I did.
Vinger and soda = Gas

What do you think will happen? It is going to foam up and maybe exploud . The lid with fly off. Gonna make a reaction.

Reactants	Baking soda, Vinger.
Product	Gas It made foam and the lid popped open.
Chemical Reaction	Vinger, Baking soda Turn into gas carbon dioxide. Heard a frizz. It will expande..

Calendar Art!

For Calendar Art this year we have learnt how to blend in colors with paint. I really enjoyed painting but I found it difficult  to get crisp lines. First we sketch an outline then we started at the top + worked down.

Last Week my reading group read a book about a girl who loved to solve Mystery's and she thought that a mermaid lived next door. She is also the leader of her group the ABC gang they got the name ABC gang because Her and Her friends all start with the first 3 letters of all of them.

Pizza maths

This week Mrs Jack literacy group we Have been doing note's about Chinese new year here is a slide to show you my Chinese note's.

• They don’t cut there spaghetti.
• And they don’t use knife and fork.
• They only use stick’s for there food to eat.
• They give people red card with money for a gift.
• The color red means good luck.
• Every new year they let Latin's go into the sky.
• They have big family meals.
• They are always even gift.
• Many people dress in red for the festivities.
• Don’t give odd number of gift’s.
• Don’t wear black or white on Chinese new year.
• Wear red to Chinese new year.
• It’s also the time for the spring festival.

Mesarment

For our strand Maths we have been looking at measurement.

We have learnt that 1 meter equals 100 cm and that there are 1000 meters in a kilometer.

We have also learned how to measure objects around our school.

The most challenging thing about measuring is that you don't know how much it is when you mesarment it

Chinese New Year!

This term in S.T.E.M we have been learning about Bird feeders.

First we design then we did the planning the materials and building. Last we did the building.

I found building it very challenging because we didn't start to agree on stuff.

I found designing enjoyable because it was very fun to add in some extra on it.

 

Never Bored Again!

Different langues

I think it is good to learn a different so if you go to that country and then you would be able to speak like they can speak like Chinese and japan and you will be able to speak and it will be more fun to speak like that and If you say it to your parents and they will say what are you speaking a different langues.

In term one my Reading group was learning about Anzac and we where writing about a item. Then we did a slide of that item and we had to put it on our blog. After we had to write about how we felt by writing about war's.

 Last week at Spencer Park we went to the beach and we had to make something to do with 3d and 2d shape. and me and my group made a chair with a foot rest and the littlest person in our group had. To try it out. And the littlest said it was like hugging a fluffy cat.

why Is the robot in the tree

In Literacy I have been learning about vocabulary why do you think the robot is in the tree I found it hard to be like the robot and think. We had to think like it then we had to think like the robot for Five min and then write for ten. I thought it was challenging.

Rounding Numbers

In maths we have been learning to round numbers to the nearest 100. I have learnt that if a number is over 50 you round it up. If a number is bellow so you round it down. If a number 350 you always round so up.

Kite Eating tree

In Literacy I have been learning about vocabulary . we Looked at a picture and thought critically about it we used lots of reflective questions to think about the picture. and we looked at the vocabulary and the question´s where about a boy who got stuck up in a tree and a girl shouting at him.

Being Responsible with Chromebook´s

In cybersmart I have been learning about being Responsible with Chromebook´s.First we put our prior knowledge on a pallet. Then we budded up and created a Info graphic about  being responsibility with Chromebook´s I found it hard to agree on stuff.
