Place Value!

For the last couple of weeks we have been learning about how many tens and ones are in numbers. For example the number 43 has 4 tens and 3 ones. I found It a bit everything what I mean is a bit hard a bit tricky and a bit easy lots of confusing thing.

Color Poem!

This week we have started a color poem my color was black I like the color black my favorite colors are black, Purple, Blue, silver and white. first we got onto a google doc and we called it color poem.then we picked a color and I picked black obviously. After that we had to write a plan on a paper sheet. last we had to write it in that doc we created we had to call it color poem and then obviously fully lastly we had to but By your name in the blank. So now what I found hard was trying to describe all thew word I put down and turn it into a better word. what I found easy was typing it on this device. I really hope you will like my story.

All About Me!

This week in cybersmart we have made an All About Me biteable video. We learnt how to make the video on biteable we actual learnt it on a slide in our site group thing. We had to write what we like our year our favorite sport a couple of other things to. This is what I found really hard trying to work it out how to use biteable. this is the easier thing way easier then that is drumroll please.... Dundundun it is typing the biteable Tara.

Six-sentence Story!

This week in writing we wrote a six-sentence story about creating a character and adding details. Our focus was on creating sentences. We learnt that four criteria of a sentence are... Making sure it makes sense. Must have only one idea. start with a capital letter and ends in a full stop. Leave spaces in between each words. I found it easy is to write it. What I found hard was to try descriptive it. Hope you like it..!

Be The Change!

Today we were learning about kindness. We made two poems about love and kindness. So first we had to brainstorm about it all together and then we had to make a new doc and call it kindness then we needed to do two poems about kindness. I thought it was hard because we had to figure it out our self the sentence and put it in your own words. I found writing all the other easy words up there like the, and, it, is.

Writing Lipogram Exersice!

Today in writing we used a picture prompt to create a lipogram. A lipogram is a sentence without using on particular letter. We had to write one interesting sentence describing the picture without using the letter ´ i ´. I found the describing easy and the trying to find word´s with out the letter ,i, .

A Moment In Time!

Hi readers! Today we finished our story about jet plane we took a picture prompt and pictured that we were on the wing on the plane. I really enjoyed writing the story. I found hard trying to describe it. Hears My Story!

Learning about Hokey

Today we had Peter from Canterbury Hokey visit us today. In hockey we were learning about how to stop the ball. First we did dribbling we had to imagine the ball was stuck to the stick with bubble  gum. After that we learnt how to stop and dodge other players. We had to control the ball at all times.
Lastly we played a game like "Rob The Nest." we had to use the hockey sticks to get the balls. We had four teams with one hoop at each corner, and one hoop in the middle. We had to get the balls from the middle, once all the balls are gone from the middle we had to steal from the other teams, until the times up.

I found easy dribbling 

I Found hard is nothing.
