For a couple of week's. I'm going to be learning about the Rio Carnival. What I know about the Carnival is that they do dancer's and There Is a other one called the day of the dead but I am doing Rio Carnival And it is from brizzal. Rio Carnival

My Zodiac Animal!

This week we have been finding out what zodiac we are from I am from an Ox and I like Ox's and This is a slide of my zodiac animal.

Note's for Chinese new Year!

This week Mrs Jack literacy group we Have been doing note's about Chinese new year here is a slide to show you my Chinese note's.

• They don’t cut there spaghetti.
• And they don’t use knife and fork.
• They only use stick’s for there food to eat.
• They give people red card with money for a gift.
• The color red means good luck.
• Every new year they let Latin's go into the sky.
• They have big family meals.
• They are always even gift.
• Many people dress in red for the festivities.
• Don’t give odd number of gift’s.
• Don’t wear black or white on Chinese new year.
• Wear red to Chinese new year.
• It’s also the time for the spring festival.

Mesarment

For our strand Maths we have been looking at measurement.

We have learnt that 1 meter equals 100 cm and that there are 1000 meters in a kilometer.

We have also learned how to measure objects around our school.

The most challenging thing about measuring is that you don't know how much it is when you mesarment it

Chinese New Year!

3. waiti and waita are twin's and full the love with joy.
4. Uru-a-rangi love's to sing and is the youngest.
5. Matariki watch's over her six daughter's. 
6. Waipuna-a-rangi Learn's the song's and give's it to the world.
